1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as “non-returnable” (e.g. innerwear, personal care, etc.)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Mention your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you through self-shipping
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/card/bank)
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- We will initiate a bank transfer or UPI refund (you will be asked for your details)
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not support direct product exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you’ll need to initiate a return after delivery.
